Eating to save my life

Three things I am doing to save my life! The first thing I am doing to save my life is making a habit of exercising. I must walk two miles per day in order to lose a certain amount of weight. I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes in March of 2000. Losing weight will help my blood sugar levels get under control. Every single day I walk two miles. If I don't have time in the morning to walk, I will complete the task in the evening. The next thing I am doing to save my life is cutting carbohydrates from my diet. My doctor told me to stop eating rice, bread, pasta and potatoes. By eliminating carbs, I am giving my body a major break that it needs. I really miss eating sandwiches, spaghetti, french fries and mac and cheese, but if I take on bite, I quickly think of my life and how I really want to live! I do not want to die from this disease! I am willing to sacrifice the foods I enjoy for the end result, which is low blood sugar levels! The final thing I am doing to save my life is drinking water. I drink one gallon of water everyday. These are the things I am doing to save my very own life!
